Anybody else having issues with trying to enter a payment method?

I tried three different cards, the app, different web browsers, incognito mode and made sure that my postal code matches my card info. Literally nothing is working. I just get an "error processing this card" or something along those lines. On the app I get failed to verify credit info. Now it's just stuck on "Processing Payment" and I get booted off after a few minutes.

Got back from purchasing 3 sim cards to activate three lines.. Not a good look so far.

The system and you are probably tired ☺️. As suggested try again in a few hours.

Once everything is up and running, you will be good.

lol, not sure how you guys deal with the abysmal customer support. I opened a ticket explaining everything and all I got was "Unfortunately, you need a credit card to activate the service." 

Well, I'm happy to report that after 2 hours it ended up working. Now I'm having the same issue for the 2 other sim cards 🙂

hi @Deadnoble since you tried so many times, you probably should wait 24 hours and try again

Use app to try, but uninstall first and reinstall, and Allow Permission for Public Mobile app before you try again. The Location permission could be the last thing you need

Thanks for the quick response. I have three lines to activate this is going to be one heck of a headache.

Unfortunately this has been happening for awhile now. Public Mobile is aware and unable to make a fix yet.

Just keep trying.  You have done everything so far. 

Uninstall the app and try it again.

You can activate by using Pre paid vanila cards.
