US roaming not working

  • I purchased US roaming Data.  My plan show the plan.  When I arrived US, I turn on the roaming, restart the phone many times.  And still not working!  I changed the network to T-mobile and still not working.  Restart the phone again and still not working.  My plan still show with not used.  How to activate???

In your self service account, do you see the US roaming add on.  Just make sure that you purchased the correct data add on. Some customer purchase the Canadian data add on.

You may also want to toggle airplane mode on, then off.  Even a network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)
