I purchased US add ons but want it to start tomorrow how do I do that

You can do this by going into the solution you granted, click on the downward arrow top right, and unmark it as the solution.

 

 

Then mark the post that best meets your original question as the solution.

 

If it's the original one you chose, then so be it.

It's not a refund it's a credit that will get used the next day....and customer support does this all the time as purchasing a US Roaming add on early without realizing it starts right away is one of tbe most common mistakes new users make when purchasing US Roaming add ons.

Just like the posts that say port out.. then port back.. do this do that  then  talk to chat bot.. answers ar too complicated for most… .. irrelevant to this thread but come on.. get a refund for a one days worth of roaming.. no wonder answers from csa take so long.. leave it at that.. don’t want your 2cent answer

False hope @Metal1967 ?   No worries, the OP granted you the solution so no worries in them trying.

 

@CathyD1 , there's always hope - an empathetic CSR will do this for you.  It's really quite simple from their end.   Follow @darlicious advice.

All US Roaming add-ons immediately start upon purchase and last for exactly 240 hours from the moment of purchase.

 

If you are going to be in the US for MORE THAN 10 days, you have a few options:

 

  1. purchase a separate US add-on on the expiry of the 1st one
  2. if you wish to have the SAME US add-on, you'll have to wait 24 hours after the initial one expires before repurchasing the same option
  3. if another PM customer is joining you, they can purchase the same add-on on the date yours expires to enjoy seamless transition from yours to theirs

You will have to contact customer support and explain your mistake. They will remove your US Roaming add on  and credit your account. You would then repurchase your US Roaming add on  tomorrow either upon departure or arrival in the US. Read this post to be up to date on US Roaming add ons.....
