US Talk and Text Add on not working

Good evening, 

I purchased the US talk and text (again) and now it's not working. I have the confirmation of payment and even restarted my phone. This is my third time doing it but it's not letting me send or receive calls.

is this a re-purchase of the 15 Day US Roaming add-on ? If so, you need to wait until first add-on expires, plus an additional 24 hours before re-buying. You can message Customer Support using this link to see if they can help now..

Is this something new? I've been away in the US and haven't changed anything on my phone.

@mariadinis48  Make sure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . Set phone to 4G/LTE and connect to T mobile or AT&T
