Why is my US roaming of unlimited text/ calling telling me I have used up all my minutes.

@Delilah1  I thinking so but you said you already purchased it ? Because there’s a known glitch when customer wants to rebuy very same US add on they need to wait 24 hours after it ends or choose a different US add on . Only way to re buy very same US roaming add on is to get support to help apply it for you back to back with out the 24 hour wait

No. I was on my last day today. Do you think it will click in tomorrow?

It says on My Account that I have bought another unlimited  text/call Add on today so what's  up  with that? It had been working the first 15 days! 

@Delilah1  Has it been 24 hour since the last one ended ?

Can't  get calls or make calls . Have rebooted phone. I bought another 15 days this am .

@Delilah1  reboot the phone and set phone to LTE and connect to T mobile or AT&T . If you have issue with voice try phone set to 2G and connect to T mobile
