I purchased the add-on before my trip. When I went across the boarder I was notified that I had entered the US and that roaming was on. I can text and phone, but I have zero data. There's no minutes being recorded on my add-on, so now I don't believe that it is working at all and I'm unsure what I'm getting charged for.
I have turned my phone on and off, turned my roaming on and off, turned the network to manual and back to automatic. And turned the VoLTE on and off. Nothing seems to change it.
I can't submit a ticket, for some reason. I can not understand.
Any suggestions????

I have done the LTE thing and the T-Mobile/AT&T thing and nothing.
I will try the messaging.

Login to your account and check if the US Roaming data bundle is in the Subscription & Add-on section.
If it is reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

@Beckums42M Set the phone to LTE and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T
