If this was for porting you may want to use your account number of your previous provider for a smoother process

Were you porting your number over to Public Mobile?

If so, you may be able to get this fixed by calling the Telus Porting #. See your private messages, I will send it to you there, since we are not allowed to post it here.

@art2022 Hi you shouldn’t need an iemi number to contact a cs agent if you have a ticket number look for the little envelope top right corner for a reply
