Good Morning, I have a question, My son and I have accounts with Public mobile and my son went to change his phone plan and noticed that it under my cell phone, the two telephone numbers are somehow linked to one email address . Is there someway this can be resolved.

@cmurphy Please do not post your account number for your own protection, this is an open forum. Please go back to your post, click the down arrow and then select Edit Message
PM system is one account , one email, so there is no way they are both using the same email. However, maybe you used the email Alias as a workaround?
I am not sure if Support can help in this case, usually once change is made, it is made. You can certainly change it back to the old plan for next cycle. I am afraid Support might not be able to just swap the plan for the lines. But of course, you can try
to open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@cmurphy Remove your account numbers you are on a public forum anyone can see your personal info,to do that go to top right corner of your post click on the down arrow in the circle to edit your post
