Trying to subscribe to the Canada-US plan in Ontario

I was trying to start a Canada-US plan for my wife with Public. When trying to pay for E-Sim, I got message that the Postal Code that my credit card is associated with does not match the province that I selected. Does that mean that the Canada-US plan is not available in Ontario?

Just choose a postal code that matches the Province you selected.

Otherwise, ask the customer support agents for assistance.
