Trying to pay for my service!

Hey all,

 

         I am a legacy client and I can't seem to pay for my service. I don't want to change providers, I have been here for almost 2 years now and I want to stay. I am supposed to pay $28.00 a month, I know it will go up $5.00 But my Account says Balance owing is 0.00 So I don't know what to do!!

 

Can I get some help?

How did you figure it out?  I am trying to pay and running into the same problem.

@Huntress Are you sure call centre and Canada wide calling are worth the cost? Provincial Calling with global texting would likely cost you about $22 (27 - 2 for autopay - 3 loyalty) vs the $33 after this price increase. The long distance add-on is $15 for 400 minutes and lasts until it's used up. You can even save another $2/30 days if you take 90 day plans instead of 30 day.
