Trying to Activate a New Sim after Losing my Previous Sim Card

Hello,

 

I am trying to Activate a New Sim after Losing my Previous Sim Card. I have bought the new sim card but cant get instructions to complete the activation and I want to keep ,my previous number, anybody with ideas is so much appreciated

@Adeniyi   you do not really "activate" the new sim on the activation portal

 

Instead, you login to your My Account using a desktop or Laptop computer, then go to Quick Links on the top right and select Chagne Sim card and follow the steps to enter the new sim number to tie it with your existing account
