I'm having trouble calling some telephone numbers that other Public Mobile customers can call with no trouble. On one number I call, I'm receiving an error 5B1.

@w-coish Try reboot the phone once
Also, can you call other number? was it just one number with that problem? try calling other number as well
there was problem with voice calling and receiving for some customers last copule days ago. The issue supposed to have been fixed, but it is possible that it came back for some users.
Please try Refresh All networks and see if it helps

@w-coish , there are nework related issues that cause some customers to lose calling capability. Please use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.
