I attempted to transfer my previous phone number from Telus to Public, it said the number is not eligible for transfer? Not sure what to do.

@Jim14 is the activation completed?
the message you got is not because the number is not eligible, but because the number was already submitted for porting earlier, there is a pending request for the porting already
if the activation was already completed, then you can call the porting support team and confirm
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

@Jim14 I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away . Call the number and they can re trigger the port request for you
