@CS_Agent yesterday I initiated a phone transfer process, received the SMS from my old services, replied YES, but got an error saying the process could not be completed.
The device shows SOS only, How can I re-trigger the process?

if it is SOS , it is not a porting problem, it is an account/sim setup problem on the system. Please submit ticket with CS agent here

Thank you, my phone won't make a call as it shows SOS only, not sure what happened.
Try to reach them out by chat, but it leaves me to open a new ticket here 😞
