Having issues porting old phone #. Was not completed, need to resend request. Please assist.

@Sharla1 @If you have a new phone with eSIM you can’t transfer it you need to re buy one . With new phone download the app and log into your account,  notice “shop SIM card now “ in my screen shot tap it and select eSIM and instal that’s it

I have the same issue, trying to switch my eSIM/transport my public mobile to my new phone

@Hhwu  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message  right away . Give them a call and  they can re trigger the port request for you
