Transfer my number

I am trying transfer my number to another operator but unfortunately I have been informed the my account number is wrong taking into consideration that I provided them a correct account number 

Please advise

You can login to your account and go to View History Payment then click on download and print out all your account information including account number…bring that to your new carrier.

Please note that your account must be activate before you can port your number over to new carrier so keep up with your monthly payment.

I'd triple check the account number to ensure that it's correct

where are you porting to ? You prolly did this..but...double check that you sent correct account number...just in case you fouled it the first attempt.
