Tracking for my SIM card?

I ordered my SIM on the 5th and PM's email said the estimated delivery would be yesterday. It still hasn't arrived and I'm wondering if there's at least tracking for it?

Wish I had known about getting one on Amazon earlier, I'd be up and running already instead of repeatedly topping up my Airalo eSIM.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
