I ordered a sim but haven't gotten it. How do I get the tracking number and courier info?

@DJanju Sims are normally sent via regular canada post mail, so not likely any tracking available. 

If over 10 working days open your inbox to send a message to 'CS_Agent'. See the envelope at the top right if your Community account,  that is where you can send private messages to them.

Sorry, PM does not send sim card with tracking, you can only message them and confirm if the order was taken care of.  And Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

I would wait till after 10 days, then open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

To engage support, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
