Top up not working

Hello,

 
 My account was suspended for non payment.I top up my account this morning,turn my phone off and back on and still not reactivated.
 
Can you verify please.

It was happened once with me, and then automatically fixed ! Try again the next day. And check online in your account if the balance transfer happened. Sometimes it might be a system glitch with the bank/credit card. Make sure you was online properly while doing any transaction because in browser it seems sometimes that we have made a payment but it was signed out and cache memory showed us its working but actually it does not.
