There's an issue.I've submitted 2 tickets for help regarding my phone regarding my inability to send text messages. I still haven't heard back from you, but more than that, the sent item of my community box is empty. The link "view my ticket" directly lead to this empty box.

I now see my tickets squarely in my sent box. I am unsure why I did not see them before.

When text problem happened to me it took 24 hours to get back to me. Then they asked for my info name number and email. Then it took another 36 hours to get back to me and fix it.
So if I were you I would add to your ticket with your info to skip the first question

Majority of the time there is a wait time for CS_agents to reply so just keep waiting and be sure to check your messages for any respones. To check for respones click your profile then click messages.
