I helped someone transfer their phone to Public Mobile. When I receive texts it shows as a temporary number they were given before their permanent number was assigned. How do I fix this?

@TT11 they can sign into their account and update the phone number. Click on Profile, and you will see the last #4 phone number there. Click on the pencil and change it and press save.
