Texts not being sent or received

Hello

I just signed up and after setting things up. I cannot send or receive texts. I signed up April 6th i have setup APN restarted my phone numerous times and still cannot send or receive texts. My Phone is Samsung Galaxy Z flip 5

APN settings have no effect on SMS services.  The settings could be incorrect or even missing and SMS would still work.

You'll have to submit a ticket through the chatbot by clicking the message bubble on the bottom right. Some people have got it fixed by an agent so far.

I am in the same situation as you, waiting 36 hours so far
