J'ai forfait  appels illimité/repondeur/ligne attente mais pas de textos ni sms. Combien de plus pour ajouter forfait text/sms avec mon plan actuel qui est de $22/mois.

Merco à l'avance. Puis, comment ajouter cette option à mon compte.

Oh my that's an old plan. There is no texting add on and you can no longer add to your build your own plan. You don't have data either do you? I will suggest 2 current plans you can schedule a change plan on next renewal that will offer much better value.

The $25/1gb plan (w/autopay)-$2=$23. It includes unlimited international SMS/MMS texts, incoming and outgoing canada wide calling. Voicemail, call forwarding and 3 way calling.

But I think you are better suited for the $15/250mb plan w/unlimited international SMS/MMS texts, incoming calling and 100 Canada wide outgoing minutes. Just add the $5/500min Canada wide calling add on (a one time purchase that does not expire rolling over every 30 days til completely consumed.) to supplement your plan. With autopay $2 autopay+$5 loyalty(?) + any other rewards(?) It's $8 or less per month.

Have a good think about changing your plan on next renewal it's time to update your plan!

Le texte international illimité et le texte d'image sont inclus dans le plan.

No need for Add-on SMS, if your plan has a unlimited,and which plan you are on?

some old plan not has SMS you need to buy Add-on..

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

and do again Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

and you can try to reset network settings on an IPhone

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

if your data is off and your home internet wifi is on is not going through the Picture or a video Messaging, 

you have to do this to is going through you will need to turn your data on to send a Picture or a video Messaging in world-wide,

make sure your Data is on.
