Text messaging not working

Just switched to PM, everything appears to be working except text messaging. I get a prompt to use RCS chat which I have not accepted. I'm not sure what happens when I text someone who is not using RCS chat.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Other services seem to be working, made and received calls, used data to access internet. 

I'm using messages app on Samsung. After installing new sim it did ask me if I want to use RCS chat. I didn't accept. Wasn't sure if it affect texts to people not using it or iPhone.

Thanks. Sms only, outgoing and incoming calls work. Got a response from support and they suggested resetting network settings. I'm  not sure what they mean by that.

Could it have something to do with using RCS chat? I have not accepted using RCS.

Data (internet)? Calls in/out?

Did you use native texting app or 3rd party app?

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?

if SMS, probably a problem with activation.  Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
