I’ve switched to PM about two weeks ago. For the most part it’s worked, but my group messages haven’t worked. Now today I’m not getting any text messages. I have an iPhone 8 so it is older. I’ve checked everywhere I can think of, in settings. I can’t find the problem.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation.   Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem.  And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification.   PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.

PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations.  And if you are an iPhone user,  iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS. 

PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis.  Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
