Text add-on

Hi there, I have added the $10 day add-on for text but has been unable to get any text. I need it for 10 days in Canada, can you please activate it for me? If the texting is only allowed in the states, can you please help me cancel that and upgrade my account with text? I only joined public yesterday and unsure how everything works.

Hey @qliang22 - you need a "base plan" that includes texting, you can't just buy an add on (for US roaming - I assume that's what you bought) and text.

Without a base plan of some sort, you're not able to text.

Click Here to send the mods a direct message, explain what happened (and include as much information as possible such as your phone number, email address, etc) and hopefully they'll be able to refund your add on purchase and put that credit towards a base plan.
