Terrible internet connection in New York City

I’m in New York City and I have paid for US data but the connection is terrible and I barely ever can access the internet. This has been extremely inconvenient and terrible, especially seeing how I am paying for this service that is only sporadically working.

Thank you switching from ATT to T-Mobile seems to be better

Rebooting the device isn't a always a good idea.  Depending on the software on the deivce, I have personally witenessed some phoens that revert back to automatic network selection upon restarting the phone.  I haven't seen this for a while, but some past devices have done this (one example of this was the Blackberry 9700 although I know that's an obsolete model).

@shawn_j_harris   Unfortunately, the US roaming has been bit of mess since the American carriers started shutting down their 3G networks.  Although that is supposed to only affect the talk roaming, but it seems quite a few other customers are also experiencing issues with the data too.

I would look into getting some sort of refund from PM if the roaming service you paid for didn't work.  You can submit a ticket via chatbot here:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
