Terrible Customer Experience

Literally posted over 2 weeks ago about getting my old username merged with my new username. It has been a constant back and forth with support to complete this simple task. I think I've spoken to most of the customer service reps now. See the image below (idc about sharing this information, so if anyone is gonna jump in here to say be careful, ty anyways, I'm good :P)

The most frustrating experience. I was also in the middle of several messages regarding my degraded service. Now I can't access any of those messages as they were on @kutzki so not only has this been a terrible experience, I've had a lack of reliable mobile cell service for pretty much a month at this point, all due to a lack of customer service and accessible options for contacting support. Not to mention the whole EverSafe upgrade has been one giant failure and caused way more problems than it solved.

@softech Really quite frustrated. It used to be a 24-hour resolution time, not 2-4 weeks. Absolutely crazy 😞

@Anonymous   Yes, I saw your old post earlier about wanting to get your ID back

so, you message them and it was going no where

I see many members got their ID back within the day

Maybe message them again.. if this time not going well, ask them to escalate
