Talk add-on not working as of today

Hi PM, 

 

I've had your service for about 3 months now and have had no problems whatsoever thus far. However today when I try making outgoing calls, I receive your automated message that "Talk add-on is not added and to visit my self-serve account to add it on". 

 

Please advise as I have had: 

-unlimited provincial talk

-4 gb of data

-90 days

No my plan renewed back in October.

It was a 1-888 number, Purolator. It seems to be working for other 416 or 647 area codes in Toronto

Where were you when you made your outgoing call?
Where were you calling?

Providing your area code and the area code you called would also help.

Was your plan supposed to renew today? 

Are you on autopay?

 

Did you hear about the awesome promo going on right now?

 

You get 12Gb of data along with provincial talk and global text for 90-days for the same price of $120.

 

So I would recommend you to move to this plan if you are already paying $120.
