Switching subscriptions

Hello,

Considering switching my subscription to $29/month.
You charged me $35.05 on Apr 09 for my existing subscription that runs out on May 09.
If I switch now, are you going to recalculate my subscription and issue a credit?

hi @bobk1128 if you use Change Now to change plan, PM will charge you full new amount and start new cycle, but no partial refund to your earlier cycle 

Better to use Change on Renewal to schedule plan change

@bobk1128 - PM doesn't do refunds for unused months.

I would recommend to click "Change On Renewal"

Also - if you are on the Legacy Rewards system you may lose all of your bonus data.
