Switching plan keeping rewards?

If I choose to switch will I loose all these rewards & discounts I have accumulated in last few years? 

Rewards:

Loyalty- $5.00

Subscription- $2.00

Refer-a-Friend-$4.00

You will keep your rewards. When you change plan press change on renewal so you don’t lose any rewards during the change.
