Switching from $25 plan to new $15 plan

Not happy with the forced switch to the new rewards, so I'm thinking to switch from my $25 plan to the new $15 plan. I have  a lot of data from previous years christmas bonus data plus the latest data "gift" (for switching to points). If I switch to the $15 plan, will I keep all the bonus data?

you won't lose the previous year christmas bonuses but you will loss the latest data "gift".  That latest one has a condition saying you cannot downgrade plan

but if you still want to go ahead, you can submit ticket and ask them to give you the bonus data designed for $15 plan

You will retain your bonus data from previous years, but you will lose you latest gift data if you downgrade your plan.
