I received a message saying you were having trouble transferring my number. Said I entered an incorrect ESN number and that someone would contact me shortly. That was over 4 hours ago. I've tried the virtual assistant, but it asked me to reach out to a moderator.

When you're there, please type in "port request".

Doing it this way will result in slower service. SIMon should be used for tickets whenever possible.
