Switch to the 24$ Plan

I am unable to change my plan to the 24$ a month plan.  Anyone know how to fix that?

@jeev  Best to ask support , they can sometimes help other have confirmed getting these new activation only plans

Did you just sign up today? This is for new activations only. 

When you sign it and click on subscriptions, is it not showing up there? If not, that is most likely why.

the plan is for new activation only.

But you can check with PM agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437  

But remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent might decline your request, although some reported they got it.
