My friend activated new plan today, but she didn't know about flash sale.

After activating plan, she submitted her e-mail address. Can she get her next 30days for $0??

I wouldn't contact moderators now

Take screenshots of your submission

The chances are that she already qualifies.

If she doesn't receive it when everyone else does, THEN she should contact the moderators.

Judging by history the money should be landing on qualifying accounts about one week after the deadline to activate
