Suspended account

my account is suspended but I’m on automatic Credit card payments and my credit card is fine. When I follow the prompts to reactivate I get the message, “ oops something went wrong, try again later “

What is going on?

If your renewal date is tomorrow then everyone’s account is suspended/expired but service is still running.

Just ignore if you are in AutoPay or have sufficient funds.

What is going on?

Is your renewal happening tonight and is your service still working?  If your service still works, ignore any expired and suspended message in your account.
