I changed my subscription on May 1st, but my “current subscription “ still shows the previous one. I wonder why? The upcoming payment amount seems fine. Thanks.

@Gemma   Yes, that's the best way to do it because if you "change now" you lose the rest of the original plan as there's no pro-rating.  So it's much better to "change on renewal" unless you really need an immediate plan change and are prepared to forfeit the previous plan.

That’s what I did. I guess it will change at the next cycle then?

Did by any chance you select "change on renewal", if so it might not have switched yet.

Also try a different browser if you can. When I first join PM I had issues of my usage not updating in chrome, I switched to Firefox and it work fine after that.

@Gemma   If you selected "change on renewal" as opposed to "change now" and it was before your expected renewal date, you'll still be on your original plan.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
