Subscription not activated

I am part way through the process of signing up and This popped up  {Subscription not activated } also it says below something didn't go right while activating your subscription and to contact my customer support agent. When I try nothing happens.

Ensure you're trying on the Public Mobile app.

You could try to uninstall the app, and try installing it again and retry.  Only bother doing this if you did not get to the payment page as you wouldn't want to trigger a 2nd payment from your credit card.

Or, reach out to the customer support agents this way:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
