Hi. I joined the black Friday deal today!

I can't activate my account.

I'm using the Koodo and living in Canada now.

I have a public mobile sim card 🙂

My phone is iPhone 13 !! 

Can I get help as soon as possible, please?

hi @Jamie_05 

if you activate eSIM, check if eSIM already installed on your phone,  If not, check if you have a Welcome email and scan the QR code there

if you cannot find that or you are on physical sim and need agent to check, please submit ticet with CS aget here:
