Subscription not activated

I cannot activate my subscription.. I paid and created an account, but I am getting a message that says "subscription not activated".

I ‘m having the same problem get to message that says subscription not activated and can’t get help

@jinnrers - by what method did you activate the account? Desktop / web will not work, it must be through the public mobile APP.

If you just ordered a SIM Card, this is not creating an account, as these are different credentials than your My Account.

If you are using the app and having an issue, try logging out then logging back in. Or, uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Still issues maybe click this link to use the: Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance
