SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent. Is the error message i get at the end of self setup in the app. Reinstalling app did not help. Reached out for support on twitter ('x') and was redirected here @CS_Agent was mentioned to direct message but not sure how to do that

try this: 

pressing 'Log out' in the top Left, than signing back in again after about 15 minutes.  Then log in again, for 2FA , it sends a code to the Email again, once you enter it and continue you'll be prompted to the 'Confirm for Full Access' and your Activation will be completed.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
