I just subscribed my first Public Mobile service, after SIM activation, I can do outgoing call and SMS, but I can't receive incoming SMS or calls, what is the problem here?
How long ago did you do it? Did you port your old number? If you did you need to finish the whole setup with your old sim in. It can also take a bit for the transfer to complete
@MarcusLu First try rebooting the phone , did you port number in on activation ? Did you reply YES to the confirmation text to port . I’ll send you posting team number private message as we not allowed to post it here and get it fixed
you port in number? if you are, the porting was not done, probably you didn't give them the proper info. There is a team you can call back instead. I will message you the phone number, check your Community inbox
