Subscription failed, only option on app is "contact support"

My app is stuck on the subscription failed screen with the only button available as "contact support".

If a public mobile employee can get back to me to help finish my activation that would be much appreciated.

@mommy_li  Yes chat bot doesn’t always work even when it does it can be complicated. I prefer the private message myself always have . but 

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

I have the same problem. The app is garbage. clicking contact in the chatbot takes you in an endless loop becuase clicking the option to sign in does nothing. I have contacted technical support as suggested below. The app shouldnt even be an option, when community support is where you need to go for problems.

No, it's a physical sim from public mobile that was just delivered today.

Hi @ABBAS1 

are you activating eSIM, ?  if it is , the error can be only about esim installation problem and can be fixed by yourself

please check sim manager and confirm if the eSIM is installed but not active on the phone
