How can I contact customer support agent? I need to port my number to PM. Pls help. Thanks

It's physical sim. So far just one private message from support agent then that's it. Not sure how can I transfer tonight and ready for tomorrow.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

After you submit ticket, also try this on the app

 

  1. Click Logout on top left of the screen
  2. Wait 5 mins for the system to configure on the back end. 
  3. Then log in again using the Email  and Password. 
  4. The app will then  sends a code to the Email again,.  Enter the code
  5. and you will see the prompt  'Confirm for Full Access' and your Activation will be completed after

I followed

Ask support agent  for help fist,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  

 

After choosing login , just blank page then "Done"at the top right corner.

When I press done it goes back to the issue.

if you get Subscription not activated problem, it is not a porting issue but an account setup problem

you activate esim or physical sim?

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
