Subscription Not Activated (Porting Number + eSim)

Hello,

I'm porting a number and eSim over from another providor and I had an issue activating my subscription. Logging out of and back into the app doesn't restart the process, it just says I have to contact support.

Help?

iPhone 12 Pro.

Got past all the info steps. It was downloading the eSim — but ended in Subscription Not Activated screen.

Settings -> General -> About -> eSim

Shows my previous carrier using eSim installed.

You already got passed the step to provide the porting info and you are at Step 6 of the Subscription process?

First, are you using iPhone or Android?

Please check your Settings> Cellular screen (on iPhone) or Sim Manager (on Android) to confirm if the Public Mobile sim is there and enabled.
