I am having difficuly subscribing.. I have my payment made,...SIM number added, but need to port my number and cannot get to chat with an actual person ...only the chatbot. How do I get someone to help me?

which step you are at?

you already added sim card number?  so, you gone past the payment step and phone number choosing isn't it?  Sim card number is AFTER phone number choosing/porting.  Did you picked a number instead of choosing porting?

if you put your PM sim card in a phone, does it connect? can it make outgoing calls?

can you login My Account now? if so, go to Profile page and check the phone number. Do you see a temporary number there? if you do, click Transfer phone number there:
