How do I know if I am subscribed or not?

@ShawnP0555 As Dunkman said, we definitely need a few more details. Are you a new customer switching from a different network? Did you purchase a sim? If you've subscribed to a plan, it will show something that says "finish your activation in the app". Have you tried downloading the app and looking on there? For example, on my app, it says "Welcome back, let's complete your activation" with a button that says continue (to activate your subscription). Try downloading the app and logging into your account and see what it says on there.
