Old number not working. Temp number keeps coming up when I use the phone. Everything sent old number goes into the abyss or direct to voice mail. Help

@Wayhaz_2 - so is your old account still open? Which voicemail are the calls going to, the old provider's? If so, the port has not completed.
How long ago did you request the port to Public, and was it a mobile or landline or voip number that you wanted to port over to here? The old account needs to be active to port to public (perhaps Telus and Koodo are some exceptions to this).
Are any (texts in/out, data, call out on your Public Mobile SIM) your services working well with the temporary number? If so, go into My Account and request the port with your old provider. If a mobile number, you'll need the old SIM card to reply YES to the porting request.

@Wayhaz_2 First try rebooting the phone if no luck I’ll send you the porting team number private message to re trigger the port request for you
