Strange (imho) billing issue...

Hi  Community,

I'll try to make this short. I'm on autopay, and the credit card I had linked, was cancelled (it was lost / stolen, and a new card number was issued).  I added the new card, but  it was too late for the payment for May.  My autopay was on May 23, and I added the new card on May 23, but the new card should have been added on May 22 I'm guessing.

So, to get  the account active again, on May 24, I made a payment (I was on the $20 Text plan), at the same time I was attempting to upgrade to the $25 text and province-wide calling.  So, once the account was active again, I purchased the new plan, and reviewing the transactions on 'My Payments' I paid for both plans on the same day  -  D'oh!

Is there a way to get the amount paid for the first plan returned?

Thanks!

you can only change plans when an account is active.   chaneging plns mid term forgoes any remaing time left.

Ask the mods nicely and the will most likley refund teh first purchase as an available balance.
