How long does this take? I have been told it's in the mail a few times.  This is ridiculous.

Hi @JMach

don't ask them to resend you another one.  Ask them to let you buy from Telus or Koodo store around you and they reimburse you the extra money

Hi @JMach

2 months is too late, probably lost anyway.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and ask them what to do from here

Hey @JMach

It only takes 3 weeks to get it in the mail according to some here. Best thing to do is call a local telus store and see if they have any in stock. Or if you have Amazon prime, get one through there. Then reach out to a CS Agent to get your account credited.

@JMach  That’s too long . But note

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
